Our Commitment
We follow a ‘No Tolerance’ policy for all kinds of criminal activity and we work closely with local law enforcing authorities to ensure that the safety of our stations, trains and passengers are never compromised. Our customer service staff are also deployed on trains, platforms and stations. Metro trains are constantly monitored by surveillance cameras. Train operators and passengers can use the Emergency Help buttons installed inside the Metro train for any emergency.
